A 10ft × 20ft LED video wall anchors your stage for slides, showreels and live branding, paired with confidence monitors so your presenters always stay on script. The audio rig — column speakers, stage monitors, an audio mixer, wireless microphones and stands — delivers clear, balanced sound to every seat in the room.

Fast, paperless delegate registration

Check-in is quick and queue-free with a QR-code registration system across three counters (each with a laptop and scanner), backed by a web dashboard and a participant portal — so guests are seated in seconds and your team sees live attendance at a glance.

Engage your audience in real time

Turn passive sessions into interactive ones with integrated Q&A and live voting via Postobox.app — delegates submit questions, vote on the spot, and speakers respond to what the room actually cares about.
