1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between EzyEvents Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "the Company") and our clients (hereinafter referred to as "you," "your," or "the Client") for event management services in Malaysia.

2. Services

2.1. We provide comprehensive event management services including but not limited to: event planning, registration management, audio-visual services, venue management, and related support services.

2.2. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Contract between the Company and the Client.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing through our official booking form or contract.

3.2. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking.

3.3. Full payment must be made according to the payment schedule specified in the Service Agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]

4.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 90+ days before event: 10% of total contract value
• 60-89 days before event: 30% of total contract value
• 30-59 days before event: 50% of total contract value
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total contract value

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights related to the event, including but not limited to designs, content, and software developed by us, shall remain our property.

5.2. The Client grants us permission to use event photos and videos for our promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

6.1. We maintain comprehensive event insurance coverage for our services.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

6.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or government regulations.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
