Nametag printing for the check-in desk

EzyKiosk

Design the badge once, point it at your guest list, and print the whole batch as people arrive.

Version 0.4.0 · 4 September 2026

Prints a badge for every row of your list

Finds the start of each label as it feeds

Density and speed, checked at the dot

Bound to your spreadsheet

Drop in a CSV and every row prints on the same layout. No retyping at the door.

Made for pre-printed stock

Prints only the variable parts onto nametags you have already branded.

Runs on your machine

No account and no cloud. Your guest list never leaves the room.

Inside the app

Drag the fields where you want them. The canvas is measured by the same code that drives the printer, so the preview and the print cannot disagree.

First launch

These builds are not code-signed. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open; on Windows, SmartScreen will warn and you can choose “Run anyway”.

Upgrading

Quit EzyKiosk, run the installer, open it again. Your projects, artwork and print history live outside the app and are kept.

The printer

Drives a Polaroid P422T thermal printer on 90 × 130 mm stock. Its media sensor must be set to black mark — a factory reset silently reverts that.
