1. Scope

This policy covers delivery and on-site setup for orders placed through the EzyEvents shop (ezyevents.my/shop). Some items are delivered and set up on-site (for example, event equipment), some ship as physical goods, and some do not require delivery at all — what applies to your order is shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Fees

2.1. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery area / distance, or a fixed rate for certain items. The exact fee is always shown to you before you pay.

2.2. Free delivery may apply to orders at or above a stated amount, or to specific items marked as including delivery. Any free-delivery threshold in effect is reflected in your order total at checkout.

2.3. Delivery fees are charged in addition to the item price and SST, and cover transport to and from your venue as applicable.

3. Areas We Serve

3.1. The delivery areas we currently serve are listed for selection at checkout. If your location is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering and we will advise whether we can deliver and at what cost.

4. Delivery, Setup & Collection

4.1. For service bookings, equipment is delivered and set up for your booked date(s) and collected afterwards. Our team will coordinate delivery, setup and collection timing with you ahead of the event.

4.2. For multi-day bookings, the equipment remains on-site for the duration of the booked dates unless otherwise arranged.

4.3. Please ensure safe, reasonable access to the venue (including any power and space required) at the agreed times so we can deliver and set up without delay.

5. Care of Equipment

5.1. For rented equipment, you are responsible for its reasonable care while it is in your possession or at your venue, from delivery until collection. Loss of, or damage beyond normal wear to, the equipment may be chargeable.
